Since 1978 the first creation of bead mill till now, we improved a lots from designing structure and raw materials to upgrade our bead mill to match the high-level request from customers.
The improvement is continuously from hardness of chamber inner layer and grinding disc, transmission system, outlet gap, mechanical seal, jacket cooling system, grinding medium... etc.
Those improved to make our bead mill have bigger output capacity, less particle size, more longer using life, better finished quality than others bead mill suppliers.
The vertical design is feeding the raw material into chamber bottom and out from upper part of the chamber.
Owing to its specific gravity, the grinding beads will move down to form a better circulation.
This will force raw materials in a very narrow space and been impacted by high speed accelerated beads.
This up and down convection plus the high speed circulation by disc, the beads will knead, disperse, emulsify completely in the pressured chamber.
This additional function of up & down convection will cut short the grinding time to reach the request of particle size which under 5 microns, of course, it will have more output producing capacity than horizontal bead mill.
In general, Vertical bead mill will have more output producing capacity about 40-50% than horizontal bead mill which compare by the same model size.
The difference of designing structure between vertical bead mill and horizontal bead mill, The vertical bead mill designs the motor and driving transmission on the above of grinding chamber,
the pumping system will pump the raw materials out from chamber outlet gap, so, the raw materials will not touch the part of motor and driving transmission.
This divided design will let motor and driving transmission has more longer using life than horizontal bead mill.
Closed type of chamber, the solvent will not evaporate while grinding in chamber. It will reduce the air pollution and care the health, also save the cost.
Chamber raw material: Outer layer made of #304 SS. Inner layer made of abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant chrome steel, the hardness HRC 63°. Disc made of abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant SKD 11 alloy steel,
the hardness HRC 65°. Those hardness will not cause the metal pollution to poor the quality of finished product Superior design of grinding disc and transmission system to let particle size under 5 microns easily in short time.
Available for Quartz-glass bead, Zirconia bead, Chrome steel bead, bead size 1-3mm dia.
Available for product's viscosity under 8000cps.

Specialized design of jacket cooling system for protecting the raw materials while grinding. Chilling water about 10°C.
KL Type: Gear pump with reducer and inverter to adjust the pumping speed, also adjust the flowing rate. AL Type: Air diaphragm pump. To utilize the air pressure which from air compressor to control the pumping speed of Diaphragm pump, this pumping speedy rate can control the flowing speed rate and the flowing capacity of raw materials.
Diaphragms type 3 setting points Pressure Gauge :
It controls the inner operating pressure of grinding chamber. When pressure over the high setting point, the feeding pump will stop sending the substances automatically.
When pressure low down under this high setting point, the feeding pump will start automatically to send the substances.
Whirling light type Alarm :
When machine has running in over load situation, the machine will stop automatically, and whirling light Alarm will flash and whirl.
The buzzing sound will come from Alarm for warning.
No need to apart the machine, the lateral hole can fill the beads.
Outlet pipe inclines 5° it prevents the substance remaining inside of outlet pipe. The thermometer equips in the best location to measure the grinding materials for accurately monitoring the processing.
Grinding chamber can be rotated 360° for easy dismantle,
cleaning, assemble and maintenance. Loading grinding beads is easy.
